Fun and Games Pokemon Rating [Lv1]

The game is simple, just name any pokemon or any of their moves and rate it. the rating can only go to 1 being the lowest, out of 10 being the highest. you can even explain why you gave such and such that rating.

The thread gets leveled up every 5th page. 

I hope everyone enjoys the game, happy posting and i'll start this off.

The move is very powerful, but needs to recharge so i gave it a 7.

Gardevoir's Stored Power.

It can reach an immense 860+ Base Power when all stats are at +6. Even higher when factoring STAB. The only problem is that it takes awhile to set it up.

9/10, just for the sheer power behind it.

Reshiram

I give reshiram a 7.5/10

He's pretty cool looking and one of the best 5th gen pokemon.

Pikachu

10/10

Who wouldn't give pikachu that rate? he's the face of pokemon, even in the anime. he is also cute, smart and kick butt on the anime.  

Blaziken

He's the first in a depressingly long line of Fire/Fighting starters, and is also the first Starter to make it into the Ubers tier via his Hidden Ability, Speed Boost. However, Blaziken is extremely frail, and his typing leaves him open to a lot of top-tier threats. But by no means bad, I'll give him a solid 7/10.

Porygon-2

I give porygon-2 a 7/10

The only reason because it's a good pokemon to use with high sp attack.

^ Metagross is a good Pokémon, but there's usually very little reason to use him over other Pokémon after the nerf they gave Explosion. Jirachi has Serene Grace, so it can abuse Iron Head and Body Slam to a great degree. Bronzong has better defenses and Levitate. Alakazam and Reuniclus can throw a recoil-less Life Orb onto offensive sets thanks to Magic Guard. And Skarmory is better at laying entry hazards.
Metagross is 3/10 in my book, simply for being outclassed in every regard.

Deoxys- All Forms

I give the deoxys forms a 8/10

A regular deoxys is already strong as hell and i kinda liked how they looked too.

Charizard<

Charizard i give him a 9.5/10 because charizard has high attck but low hp but hes a gd Pkmn

Darkrai<

Dakrai an outstanding 10/10 hes moves r all killer moves
